Job Description
Our skin clinic is in search of a committed Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a friendly demeanor and outstanding communication skills in both English and Malayalam.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors and uphold a professional reception area.
- Address patient inquiries and conduct regular follow-ups.
- Schedule and reschedule patient appointments effectively.
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive patient information.
- Accurately document patient visits and interactions.
Minimum qualifications include any graduate with 2 years of relevant experience.
