Job Description
K95 FOODS PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Q-Commerce & CRM Executive to optimize daily operations across top Quick Commerce platforms. In this role, you will manage partnerships with prominent platforms such as Zepto, Blinkit, and Swiggy Instamart, while effectively coordinating with internal teams to improve order fulfillment and enhance customer satisfaction.
Your primary duties will include managing listings, processing orders, and engaging with customers, along with analyzing trends to propose strategic improvements.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree, possess 2-4 years of relevant experience, and demonstrate proficiency in Google Sheets, CRM systems, and various communication tools.
Location: Kamla Nagar, Delhi (Office-based). Working Days: Monday to Saturday.
