Job Description
Aeromate Aviation Academy is seeking a Dynamic Aviation Trainer with a strong background in Cabin Crew and Ground Staff training. Ideal candidates should possess a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, with prior training roles considered a significant advantage.
This position offers hourly pay based on the number of training batches conducted, each lasting between 2 to 3 hours. Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication skills, fluency in both English and Hindi, and proficiency in basic computer operations, including PowerPoint.
The successful trainer will be responsible for preparing training materials, maintaining comprehensive logs, and utilizing innovative training methods to engage participants effectively.
