Job Description
Kovai Mobiles, a leading service center, is currently seeking a proactive Telecaller cum Receptionist to enhance our team. In this role, you will efficiently manage incoming phone calls, screen inquiries, and ensure timely forwarding to the appropriate departments. Additionally, you will make outbound calls to provide service updates and collect valuable customer feedback.
Your primary responsibilities will involve delivering accurate information regarding our services, as well as maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary ranging from ₹12,00.00 to ₹15,00.00 per month.
