Job Description
Join Kotak Mahindra as a Relationship Officer in our Digital Sales division. We are looking for a dynamic individual with excellent communication and presentation skills, who can focus on our core corporate clients within the Digital Banking sector. Your main responsibilities will include cross-selling banking products, addressing investment and insurance requirements, and strengthening customer relationships. You will be responsible for maintaining detailed records, managing customer complaints, and will need to travel frequently within city limits. Ideal candidates are graduates with 0-2 years of relevant experience. A two-wheeler, Android phone, and knowledge of Liability Sales or KYC processes will be advantageous.
