Job Description

Spixar Technologies is seeking a dedicated Freelance Recruiter to support our hiring efforts across various functions, including sales, marketing, and operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and ensuring efficient closure of roles. This is a remote, performance-based position with competitive incentives for successful placements.

Contract Duration: 6 months

Compensation: ₹20,00.00 – ₹60,00.00 per month

Expected Commitment: Minimum of 2 hours per week
