Job Description
Join Rotary Master Manufacturing Private Limited as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for escalating complaints to the appropriate teams and fostering strong relationships with clients. You will provide accurate information utilizing the necessary tools while meeting call handling quotas. Additionally, you will analyze client data to recommend potential products and ensure timely resolutions to customer inquiries.
