Job Description

Jeeves Consumer Services Private Limited is currently seeking qualified Female Candidates for the position of Service Coordinator in Chennai. Ideal applicants will have 1-2 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate operations at the Apple Service Centre
• Prepare purchase orders, claims, and incentives
• Conduct daily reviews of open calls with the Field Team

Requirements:

• Fluency in English and regional languages
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office
• Experience in the service industry, with a solid understanding of Apple products
• Possession of a degree, diploma, ITI, or technical certification

Salary: ₹25,00 – ₹30,00/month, plus benefits.
