Job Description
Rosse Dale Suites & Hotel is looking for a dedicated and professional Front Office Executive to enhance our guest experience. The successful candidate will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment at the front desk. Key responsibilities include greeting and welcoming guests, responding to inquiries, addressing complaints, managing incoming calls, and efficiently distributing mail and packages to appropriate departments.
This position also involves gathering valuable customer feedback to help us continually improve our services.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: ₹15,00.00 – ₹20,00.00 per month

Requirements
