Salary: ₹200,00.00 – ₹300,00.00 per month
Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive to serve as the initial point of contact for our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include providing solutions to customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring an excellent overall experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound inquiries regarding travel bookings.
- Uphold high standards of service quality in accordance with company guidelines.
- Engage in effective communication to foster positive customer interactions.
Qualifications: Minimum HSC; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Strong command of English is required.
Work Schedule:
- 5 Days a week – Rotational Shifts (including Night Shifts)
