Job Description
Virtusa is currently seeking a committed IMS Production Support Level 1 professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in application support, along with practical experience utilizing observability tools such as SPLUNK, Dynatrace, and Grafana. Proficiency in scripting languages—including Python, SQL, Java, and Shell scripting—is mandatory.
The successful applicant should also have hands-on experience with AWS services, including EC2, ECS, EKS, and RDS, and demonstrate strong knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins and Spinnaker. It is essential to be available for rotational shifts, including weekends, to provide reliable on-call support.
