Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Filing returns and ensuring adherence to ROC, BSE, NSE, and SEBI regulations.
- Preparing various legal documents and agreements.
- Coordinating Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) schemes with SEBI and stock exchanges.
- Conducting analysis of SEBI circulars and their implications.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent | Salary: ₹25,00 – ₹35,00/month | Experience: Minimum 2 years required.
