Datavail is looking for a skilled System Administrator with over 8 years of experience in Desktop Support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for system configuration, performance tuning, troubleshooting issues, and serving as the first point of contact for user escalations. Documentation of problems and task preparation is essential.
Requirements: At least 5 years of experience in hardware and software troubleshooting, the ability to work 24/7, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Windows, Active Directory, and ServiceNow.
