Job Description
NISHYAM BUILDTECH PRIVATE LIMITED is looking for a motivated Hindi Call Center Fresher to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing outbound calls, assisting customers with order inquiries, navigating the Shopify platform, and addressing complaints to ensure a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with order inquiries and payment issues.
- Guide customers through website navigation.
- Conduct follow-ups to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions in the CRM system.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: ₹9,924.53 – ₹16,930.21 per month
