Job Description

ONYX Realty is seeking a dedicated Projects Coordinator to oversee the organization and execution of various tasks. The ideal candidate will collaborate effectively with consultants, manage reports, and provide timely updates to project managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reviewing drawings and calculations.
• Scheduling meetings and creating minutes of meetings (MOM).
• Coordinating critical project documentation and communications.
• Ensuring alignment and collaboration with all project consultants.
• Preparing presentations for stakeholders.

Qualifications: Candidates should have 2-4 years of experience in real estate construction, strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office. We especially encourage female candidates to apply.
