Job Description
Resolink Technologies Private Limited is in search of a seasoned Contact Center Data and AI Architect with over 10 years of relevant experience. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of Genesys systems, including InfoMart, UCS, GAAP, SpeechMiner, and the Five9 data ecosystems.
Key responsibilities involve developing a comprehensive data strategy for migrating historical and real-time data to the cloud, understanding data models, and identifying AI-driven enhancements to elevate customer experience. The role also requires collaboration with internal AI and ML teams to implement effective data-driven solutions.
This is a full-time position with an annual salary ranging from ₹500,00 to ₹3,00,00. Daily in-person attendance during day shifts is mandatory.
