Job Description
Location: V Trust Eye Hospital, Vadakara
Experience: A minimum of 3 years in hospital administration or a related field is required.
Qualification: Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Hospital Administration or a related discipline.
Key Responsibilities: The selected candidate will lead strategic initiatives, manage daily operations, oversee financial performance, ensure compliance with quality standards, recruit and train staff, coordinate patient care, maintain hospital facilities, and implement technological solutions to improve efficiency.
Job Type: Full-time
Benefits: Includes cell phone reimbursement, overtime pay, performance and annual bonuses.
Work Location: This is an in-person position based in Calicut, Kerala. Preference will be given to candidates who can commute or relocate.
