Job Description

We are seeking candidates based in Mumbai for a remote customer service role that involves engaging with an international blended process during day shifts. This position allows you to manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, while providing timely and effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer queries through various channels.
• Provide prompt resolutions for customer issues.

Requirements:

• Educational background: HSC or Bachelor’s degree.
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.

Freshers are encouraged to apply, but candidates with 1+ years of experience in customer service or BPO are preferred. Flexibility for rotational shifts from 9:30 AM to 9:30 PM is required.
