The primary objective of this role is to deliver expert support and coordination in the execution of our Talent, Leadership, and Organization Development Strategy, plans, and policies. As a specialist, you will oversee the support of talent programs and processes, contribute to localized plans, and ensure these initiatives align with the global talent strategy. Key responsibilities include designing innovative programs, coordinating implementation activities, and fostering strong networks within the organization. You will also collaborate with external partners and participate in HR projects, while contributing to the analysis and reporting of various interventions.
