ADEO DISTINCTIONS & DIMENSIONS PVT LTD is currently seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project budgets, conducting feasibility studies, and closely monitoring expenditures to ensure financial efficiency.
Your key responsibilities will include preparing tenders, managing contracts, and ensuring compliance with legal obligations while effectively coordinating with project managers and contractors.
Ideal candidates should possess a Degree or Diploma in a relevant field, along with 2-5 years of experience in quantity surveying, specifically in interior fit-out projects. Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of construction contracts are essential.
