Job Description
The Centre for Child and Adolescent Well Being is actively seeking a committed Patient Communication Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a significant volume of inbound and outbound patient calls, scheduling appointments using MS Excel, and handling written correspondence on behalf of Dr. Deepak. The ideal candidate should exhibit strong communication skills in both English and Hindi and have prior experience in call centers or similar settings.
A post-graduate degree in Human Resources, Communications, or a related field is preferred, along with a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from ₹30,00.00 to ₹35,00.00 per month. The role requires managing over 50 calls daily.
