Job Description
City College is looking for a motivated Telecaller to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting outbound calls for lead generation and sales initiatives.
- Managing inbound calls for product support.
- Utilizing scripts while being adaptable to customer requirements.
- Establishing rapport and providing customized solutions.
- Updating customer information in CRM systems.
- Recording call outcomes and subsequent actions.
- Working collaboratively with sales and marketing departments.
- Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
