Job Description
SMC Corporation (India) Pvt Ltd is seeking detail-oriented and tech-savvy individuals to join our Non-Voice Process team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer support and data entry tasks via email and chat.
Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries, execute data entry, resolve issues, and maintain accurate documentation.
Qualifications: Candidates must have completed at least the 12th grade or hold a graduate degree. Proficiency in written English, basic computer skills, and a typing speed of 30 WPM are required.
Compensation: ₹19,771.43 – ₹33,949.83 per month, with both day and night shifts available.
