Job Description
ISKY TECHIES, based in Chennai, is looking for a proactive and organized Front Office Assistant to join our software development team. The ideal candidate will possess basic computer skills and effective communication abilities in Tamil.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and oversee front desk operations.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and written correspondence.
- Keep track of office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Assist with HR documentation and employee records.
- Coordinate meetings and manage office schedules.
- Support software development tasks, including data entry.
Salary range: ₹14,00.00 – ₹15,00.00 per month.
Working hours: Full-time, Monday to Saturday, permanent position.
