Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external clients.
- Oversee registration and admission processes while submitting necessary reports.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries.
- Identify and rectify operational discrepancies effectively.
- Manage quality-related documentation and maintain the associated database.
- Monitor invoicing and track approved discounts diligently.
- Ensure adequate staffing across all service counters.
Requirements:
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year in a similar role as Receptionist cum Telecaller.
- Only female candidates are encouraged to apply.
Salary: ₹15,00.00 – ₹20,00.00 per month
Schedule: Day shift with weekend availability
