Job Description
Join our growing team as a BPO Executive and become the voice for farmer’s trust. In this role, you’ll interact with farmers over the phone, assist them with agricultural queries, and guide them with accurate and timely information — all in Telugu. There are no sales targets, just honest, meaningful conversations that make a difference.
We’re looking for individuals who:
✔ Speak fluent Telugu
✔ Have 0–2 years of experience (Freshers encouraged)
✔ Are empathetic, good listeners, and eager to support rural communities
✔ Are 18 years or older
✔ Have basic computer and data entry skills
