Job Description

Location: Kalamassery, Kochi

Department: Sales / Customer Support

We are looking for experienced candidates in tele sales or tele calling.

As a Customer Service Executive, you will manage both inbound and outbound communications with potential customers, generate leads, explain our products/services, and convert inquiries into successful sales.

Education Requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

Working Hours: Day shifts from 9:45 AM to 6:45 PM

Benefits include an attractive salary with sales incentives and bonuses, and a pay range of ₹15,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month.

Preferred Languages: English and Hindi.
