Job Description
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and courteous manner.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages; direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Manage front desk operations, including reception area cleanliness and organization.
- Maintain and update records, files, and databases as required.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages; manage outgoing correspondence.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and filing.
- Monitor and manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Support internal departments with clerical and coordination tasks.
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed.
- Provide general support to the HR, accounts, and management teams.
- Ensure smooth operation of office equipment and coordinate maintenance when needed.
- Prepare reports and handle basic bookkeeping duties, if required.
- Assist in organizing company events, staff meetings, and training sessions.
- Uphold confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
