Job Description
We are seeking a warm, well-groomed, and enthusiastic Spa Receptionist to be the welcoming face of Spa 18 Spa and Salon Pvt. Ltd. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, playing a key role in creating a pleasant and professional spa experience.
Key responsibilities include greeting clients, managing appointments, maintaining records, explaining services, handling payments, and promoting memberships.
Qualifications: Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali; well-presented; basic computer knowledge. Freshers are welcome to apply!
