Job Description
Join Creative Point as a Tele Calling Executive! We are looking for motivated individuals to help us expand our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to introduce our products.
- Explain product features and benefits.
- Handle inquiries and objections with professionalism.
- Achieve targets for lead generation and conversion.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to close deals.
Requirements:
- Experience in telecalling or customer service preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Target-driven and self-motivated.
- Female candidates are preferred.
