Job Description
Aayush Food Products is urgently seeking a Senior Sales Coordinator (Female) to contribute to our sales efforts. The ideal candidate should be comfortable presenting our products over the phone and adept at handling customer inquiries and complaints.
Responsibilities:
- Engage potential and existing customers using scripts.
- Address product and company-related inquiries.
- Identify customer needs and close sales.
- Refer prospects to the field sales team when needed.
- Maintain and update customer records in the database.
- Process orders accurately.
- Manage grievances to uphold the company’s reputation.
- Document calls and sales with important details.

Salary: ₹15,00 – ₹25,00 per month
Fluency in Malayalam is required.
