Job Description
Cloudvista Services is seeking a Female Telecaller for our B-B E-commerce process. We are in search of candidates who can join immediately and have exceptional communication skills in Odia, Hindi, and English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to standard operating procedures to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Evaluate customer inquiries to address their needs effectively.
- Proactively gain knowledge about our product offerings.
Location: Salt Lake Sec-V (Webel More)
Shift Hours: Options include 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM, 10:00 AM – 07:00 PM, or 11:00 AM – 08:00 PM
Experience: Minimum 6 months; freshers are encouraged to apply!
Compensation: ₹12,00 – ₹14,00 per month
