Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and organized female candidate to manage office operations and facilitate customer communications via phone and WhatsApp.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls and inquiries effectively.
- Maintain and update the customer database.
- Distribute catalogs via WhatsApp.
- Assist with various office tasks as needed.
- Support the sales team with tracking orders and providing updates.
Requirements: Minimum educational qualification of 12th grade or a graduate, fluent in Malayalam with a basic understanding of English, and confident communication skills.
