Job Description
Department: Agency Channel – Life Insurance
Location: Mira Road, Panvel, Thane, and Kalyan
Key Responsibilities: We are seeking a dynamic individual to recruit and train agents, manage team performance, achieve sales targets, ensure regulatory compliance, and nurture customer relationships.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree is required, along with 1-3 years of experience in Sales, Insurance, or Financial Services. We also welcome fresh graduates with a strong sales aptitude to apply.
Compensation: ₹2.50 LPA– ₹4.00 LPA, commensurate with experience.
Job Type: Full-time, day shift.
