Job Description
Join Kotak Mahindra as a Risk Monitoring Analyst within our Corporate Real Estate (CRE) – Credit Monitoring Group. This pivotal role focuses on monitoring financial and project performance against established covenants, performing comprehensive project analyses, and ensuring compliance with relevant sanctions and RERA regulations.
Your responsibilities will include conducting on-site assessments of project progress, identifying potential credit risks through early warning signals, and collaborating effectively with various business units and credit underwriting teams. We prefer candidates holding an MBA with 5 to 8 years of relevant experience.
