Job Description
Vanderlande Industries is actively seeking a committed Business Support Officer to enhance our Operational Supplier Management team in the Netherlands. In this pivotal role, you will oversee various operational purchasing tasks, including the processing, monitoring, and validation of Request for Quotations (RFQs) from our engineering and project management teams. You will work in close collaboration with the Sourcing team, the IMD team, and Operational Buyers while maintaining communication with external suppliers primarily located across Europe.
Your primary responsibilities will encompass managing RFQ requests, administering daily supplier inquiries, and serving as the first point of contact for administrative queries from suppliers and stakeholders.
