Job Description
Comvision India Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Executive to efficiently handle inbound and outbound calls, transferring them to relevant agents.
The ideal candidate will communicate through various channels, including email, social media, phone, and SMS. Responsibilities include making appointments and keeping customers informed about updates, promotions, and policies.
Fresher candidates are welcome! Requirements include a maximum age of 28 years, proficiency in Hindi (English preferred), and at least a 12th-grade pass.
