Job Description
Zaco Computers is seeking an enthusiastic Service Support Executive to provide both onsite and remote technical assistance to our users. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills, efficiently managing customer inquiries and ticket requests. Key responsibilities include dispatching engineers, overseeing inventory for AMC clients, and verifying incoming products. Candidates should possess 2-3 years of experience in computer hardware support, advanced proficiency in Excel, and fluent English skills. Familiarity with brands such as DELL, HP, IBM, and SUN is preferred.
