Job Description
Hikal is looking for a skilled Production Officer to enhance our operations. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong knowledge of DCS/PLC systems and be committed to ensuring that all processes adhere to our standard work instructions and specifications. This position entails organizing shop floor activities, managing logistics, and effectively resolving operational challenges.
The Production Officer will play a critical role in implementing and maintaining Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series (OHSAS). Responsibilities also include developing standard operating procedures and training subordinates, as well as overseeing the operation and maintenance of production equipment.
