Job Description
Location: Chennai
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Telecaller. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills in Hindi, strong typing capabilities, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to incoming calls and resolving customer inquiries.
- Conducting outbound calls to prospective clients and scheduling appointments.
- Documenting interactions and maintaining accurate call records.
- Assisting the sales and marketing teams with various administrative tasks.
- Working collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications: Intermediate education is required; a BCOM degree is preferred.
Compensation: ₹10,00 to ₹20,00 per month. We encourage both full-time and fresh candidates to apply.
