Job Description
KLP Projects Private Limited is on the lookout for a committed Customer Support Executive to enhance our team. This pivotal role includes maintaining customer records, gathering necessary documentation, and diligently following up on payments to ensure efficient processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain digital copies of builder agreements and customer databases.
- Collaborate with banks for effective payment collection.
- Conduct communication with customers regarding payment reminders.
- Ensure timely collection and proper documentation of receipts.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: ₹30,00 – ₹35,00 per month
