Job Description
The Tender Officer plays a crucial role in overseeing the entire tendering process, from identifying new opportunities to preparing and submitting competitive bids. This position requires regular monitoring of the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal to source pertinent tenders and ensure that submissions are compliant, thereby improving our chances of winning contracts.
Key Responsibilities: Daily monitoring of the GeM portal, analyzing tender documents, preparing bid submissions, coordinating with various departments, managing pricing estimates, ensuring timely tender submissions, maintaining tracking systems, and assisting in negotiations.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Business, Engineering, or an MBA. Experience with government procurement processes via GeM is preferred. Proficiency in MS Office and a strong attention to detail are essential.
