Job Description
HIRD Services Pvt Ltd, located in Kolkata, is looking for a dedicated Back End Operations professional to join our team. This full-time, permanent role offers a shift from 1:30 PM to 11:30 PM IST.
Key Requirements:
- Exceptional communication skills
- Proficient in Excel at an intermediate level
- Experience in the insurance sector or familiarity with US/UK pension retirement plans is highly preferred
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Interpret client plan provisions to improve knowledge transfer.
- Efficiently prioritize tasks to meet client demands.
Salary: ₹20,00.00 – ₹50,00.00 per month
