Job Description
MARUTI ISPAT PIPES PVT. LTD is in search of a highly capable Executive Assistant to deliver exceptional administrative support to the CEO, aimed at improving operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Organize and prioritize the CEO’s schedule, including meetings and travel logistics.
- Communication Facilitation: Draft and oversee correspondence, reports, and presentations for various stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate relationships with crucial internal and external stakeholders.
Major Challenges: Managing competing priorities, ensuring confidentiality, and adapting to unforeseen changes.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: ₹1,500,00 – ₹1,900,00 per annum
