Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Care Executive to join our team at Ram Krishan Astrologer in Noida. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries through chat and phone calls, assist them with their questions and concerns, and maintain precise records of interactions. Please note that this is an office-based role.
Qualifications: AUG/Graduate with excellent English communication skills; both fresh graduates and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
Compensation: Monthly salary ranges from ₹20,827.01 to ₹33,932.31. Benefits include food provision, health insurance, and a provident fund. The work schedule is Monday to Friday with rotational shifts.
