Job Description
Tech Mahindra is seeking an Associate Customer Support professional for the Transunion Cibil (Non-Voice) process. We are looking for candidates willing to work in rotational shifts, with female employees working from 8 AM to 8 PM and male employees working 24/7 in any 9-hour rotation. The role involves managing inquiries, requests, and complaints, analyzing data, and gaining knowledge of cross-domain processes. Applicants should have a minimum of one year of experience in grievance handling within the BFSI sector and must hold a graduate degree. The position offers a salary ranging from ₹24,00 to ₹28,00 per month, depending on experience.
