Job Description
Tech Mahindra, located in Belapur, Navi Mumbai, is on the lookout for a passionate and customer-focused Phone Banking Officer. The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of experience in the banking process within the BPO industry, particularly in inbound or outbound services. Candidates should be well-versed in banking terminology and adept at addressing customer inquiries over the phone. Excellent English communication skills are essential.
Key Details:
- Process: Inbound
- Shift: Day shift (8 AM – 9 PM), any 9 hours
- Salary: ₹28,00.00 – ₹36,00.00 per month
- Benefits: Health insurance, paid time off, provident fund
Preference will be given to immediate joiners or candidates with a 15-day notice period.
