Job Description

MobileProgramming is looking for seasoned Production Support Assistants to join our team in Pune. This position involves non-technical support, and applicants must possess a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Familiarity with Loan Management Systems (LMS) and Loan Origination Systems (LOS) is essential, along with robust issue tracking abilities.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills and proficiency in documenting and monitoring issues. The work schedule is structured for 5 days a week, featuring rotational shifts from either 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM or 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
