Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled In-House Legal Counsel with expertise in Indian contract law. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in legal drafting and contract management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts.
- Provide legal guidance on compliance and dispute matters.
- Assist business teams in understanding their legal obligations.
- Perform legal research on pertinent laws.
Qualifications:
- LLB degree with at least 5 years of relevant legal experience.
