Job Description
MSC Technology is looking for a skilled Agile Coach to join our team in Chennai, India. The ideal candidate will possess over 12 years of experience in Microsoft technology development, including at least 8 years of expertise in .NET, C#, and SQL Server. Proficiency in Azure is highly desirable.
The Agile Coach will guide teams in implementing Agile practices, focusing on user story decomposition and effective planning. Applicants should demonstrate a successful history of mentoring development teams on Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
Strong communication skills, along with a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification, are preferred. We have two positions available.
